We offer various shipping options through major carriers including free global shipping.
In stock merchandise typically ships within twenty four hours Monday through Friday.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us immediately. Customers have sixty days from the order date to file a missing package claim.
Customers outside the United States are responsible for all customs and duties that pertain to their respective countries.
Products purchased from Hemel, LLC may be returned for exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase provided that the product is free of any wear, tear and signs of use. Product must be returned in the original box with all original packing materials. Please return the merchandise by some traceable method such as UPS or US Postal Service with a Return Receipt within 30 days from receipt of package. We recommend tracking your return with your carrier of choice when making your return to ensure we have received your package. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Hemel, LLC reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee.
All refunds issued upon receipt and inspection of returned merchandise. Please allow up to 30 business days for us to receive your return and process your credit. Once your return is processed, your refund will typically process back to your credit card within 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution. PayPal refunds will typically process within 7 business days but can take up to 30 business days. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, process your return and for the time it may take your bank to process our refund request.
Hemel, LLC is NOT responsible for lost merchandise. You will be asked to provide Proof of Delivery should the shipment not be received by Hemel, LLC. Hemel, LLC has the right to change this policy at any time.
