Shipping & Returns

- In stock merchandise typically ships within twenty four hours Monday through Friday.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us immediately. Customers have sixty days from the order date to file a missing package claim.

- Customers outside the United States are responsible for all customs and duties that pertain to their respective countries.

- Returns only accepted within three days of receipt. Contact Hemel, LLC for instructions. All returns subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refund will also be less the cost of shipment. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. All refunds issued upon receipt and inspection of returned merchandise. All refunds processed within 10 - 20 business days.
