Our watches are warranted against manufacturing defects for 24 months from the date of purchase. The owner is responsible for shipping charges. This warranty is not transferable, does not cover damage caused by accident and will be void if the watch was tampered with or serviced by a third party. Please allow six to eight weeks for all warranty service.
For any warranty work, refunds or exchanges, please return the merchandise by some traceable method such as UPS or US Postal Service with a Return Receipt. We recommend tracking your return with your carrier of choice when making your return to ensure we have received your package. Hemel, LLC is NOT responsible for lost merchandise. You will be asked to provide Proof of Delivery should the shipment not be received by Hemel, LLC. Hemel, LLC has the right to change this policy at any time.
